How are they doing? What pressures are they facing, and what plans do they have for their business?  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on <strong>104 responses from business leaders and organizational managers<\/strong>, the 2026 pilot edition of the Barometer explores their morale, well-being, and business intentions. This exploratory report highlights the coexisting realities among participants: fatigue, difficulties in finding staff, and a desire to grow their businesses. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For businesses, support organizations, and decision-makers, these findings provide insights to better understand the needs that have been expressed and to inform discussions about the economic future of our communities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is an <strong>applied research initiative by INNOV<\/strong>, the innovation and applied research centers at the New Brunswick Community College (<a href=\"https:\/\/ccnb.ca\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ccnb.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CCNB<\/a>), in collaboration with the <strong>New Brunswick Business Council (<a href=\"https:\/\/nbbc-cenb.ca\/en\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/nbbc-cenb.ca\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NBBC<\/a>)<\/strong> and the <strong>New Brunswick Economic Council (<a href=\"https:\/\/cenb.com\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/cenb.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">C\u00c9NB<\/a>)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Check out the results of the 2026 pilot program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fill out the short form to receive the PDF report by email, in French or English.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/forms.cloud.microsoft\/r\/TcJXpQWv23\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Receive the report<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>This survey is based on voluntary participation.
