Positioning

We support businesses from need identification to proof: equipment selection, design, prototyping, product adaptation and performance validation under real-world conditions. Projects are led by full-time researchers/engineers, with intellectual property retained by the company.

WHAT WE CURRENTLY DO

  • Functional prototyping (metals, polymers, composites): parts, sub-assemblies, tooling, jigs and fixtures
  • Design & engineering: CAD/CAM, 3D mechanical design, electrical schematics, sensor/actuator integration
  • Additive & subtractive manufacturing: 3D printing (metal/composite/plastic), CNC machining, waterjet, 5-axis
  • Reverse engineering & adjustments: 3D scanning, optical metrology, drawing recovery, tolerancing, rapid iterations
  • Assembly & integration: pre-series builds, test benches, tooling/mold development, preparation for industrialization
  • Testing & validation: mechanical/material testing, dimensional inspections, welding (incl. laser), user feedback
  • Technical documentation: manufacturing files, assembly manuals, third-party test reports (third-party review)
