04 Best practices

Best practices

Essential guidelines to keep the logo legible and make INNOV recognizable at a glance.

Leave clear space

Blue and green INNOV logo
Leave a minimum clear space around the logo equal to the height of the large “O”. No text, image or other element may intrude into this space.

Respect the minimum size

0.75 in
19.05 mm wide in print.
The measurement shown here is not to scale.
The guide allows exceptions for small items such as pencils and pins. Preserve the logo’s proportions at every size.

Always with CCNB

Using both logos makes INNOV’s affiliation with CCNB visible. Include both from the outset when designing your materials.

Changes to avoid

  • Stretching, compressing or distorting the logo.
  • Rotating the logo or placing it at an angle.
  • Changing its colours, including using an entirely blue version.
  • Using an outdated or unapproved version of the logo.

This summary accompanies the official guide, which remains the reference.
Which file should I choose for my materials?

Transparent PNGs are suitable for digital use and everyday documents. Choose the colour version on a white background, the white and green version on a dark background, or a monochrome version as appropriate. For large-format printing or a vector file, contact us.

Can I modify the logo to suit my design?

No. Preserve the colours and proportions of the files provided. If the logo does not contrast sufficiently with your background, use another approved version instead of recolouring it.

Where can I find the complete guidelines?

The PDF guide covers approved versions, colour references, typography, joint use with CCNB, minimum size and clear space. Consult it before finalizing your materials.
